Spring It On 2019: Greenspace for Homespace

During Homespace's 25th Anniversary spring season, the agency is seeking to beautify the courtyard of our SILP through a “Greenspace for Homespace” fundraising campaign. On March 20th and 21st, the agency participated in the United Way’s “Spring It On” online give-a-thon. Through the generosity of 25 donors plus a significant donation from a foundation, we raised 75% of our $2,500.00 goal! Special thanks to each of our donors and to the Praxiis Foundation for their $1,000 check! In total we raised $1,875, which will go directly towards our courtyard enhancement project. Our thanks to everyone for their generosity! 

Our Greenspace for Homespace plan includes a gazebo and patio furniture, canopied sandbox and water tables, a sensory garden and a mural to honor the memory of former Homespace resident Megan Gonzalez, who tragically passed away in October of 2017.
